Stories of Hope

Visions of Hope First Alumni Homecoming

The VOH Foundation used to provide financial assistance to the education of children who are in need. Last April, with the initiative of our board members Bro. Lawrence and Stephanie de Los Santos together with Mrs. Ruth Uy, we held the first reunion of our Mindanao Scholars. The VOH Team prepared a simple program to gather the scholars for a time of fellowship, thanksgiving and testimonies on God’s goodness and faithfulness in each person’s lives and in the ministry. Our board members shared inspiring messages to encourage the scholars to continue to walk with God and be a blessing to others. We are blessed to see how these young students pursue their dreams in college and in their own careers as professionals. It is evident in the testimonies of the scholars that they consider CCT/ VOH as their spiritual turning point. More than the financial assistance, they have known and began a relationship with God through CCT. We praise God for using our ministry to raise men and women who fears the Lord. After the short ceremony, a thanksgiving lunch followed as our board members continue to mingle and get to know our scholars. The event also paved a way for the scholars to elect their Officers as they believe that this is just a beginning of a wonderful reunion. The group plans to hold outreach and other initiatives to give back to the ministry.
